ELECTRONIC MEDICAL CLAIMS (EMC/EDI) SOFTWARE SUPPORT

We are looking for an individual with some expertise in submitting electronic medical claims to assist clients with solutions for issues related to our software’s use and setup errors.

A successful candidate MUST have:
• At least 2 years of medical billing experience
• Familiarity with current practices & procedures in paper/electronic claim submission.

• Excellent spoken (telephone) communication skills
• Ability to type (clearly and at a moderate speed)

• A reliable and dependable quality

Preferred candidates will also have:
• A technical computer background

• An enthusiasm for computers

• Willing to learn about our medical software products

Familiarity with custom and 3rd party electronic infrastructures, such as IVAN’s, EMEDNY or commercial claim clearinghouses, and familiarity with current concepts in medical billing are a big plus. This is a permanent full time position in our office. We offer an excellent benefits package and paid training time on our software products.
